This beautiful blown glass ornament looks like a vintage De Carlini figural ornaments made in Italy in terms of style and decoration, but the cap is marked "West Germany" (it might not be the original cap?) The clown's body is green and his face and hat are white (the hat is covered in white ground glass snow with red and silver spots). The overall length is about 6 inches. In addition to the hand-painted face, there are additional areas decorated with gold glitter. Probably made in 1970's. A very cute ornament for your Christmas tree. Good used vintage condition.
